Quality Inn & Suites Bell Gardens-Los Angeles, Bell Gardens

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The outdoor room situation was inconvenient as the building doors were often locked, making it difficult to access. Despite this, the rooms were clean, but the overall hotel needs a significant upgrade. The lack of security was concerning, especially with unrestricted access to the building. Parking was also challenging due to restaurant usage. Additionally, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking.

The hotel is conveniently located near various shops and restaurants, making it suitable for visitors planning trips to Universal Studios and Disneyland. While the location offers easy access to dining options, there are areas in need of better cleanliness and maintenance, like disinfecting the bathrooms and beds. The staff's service was exceptional, although lacking local area knowledge. The dining experience provided a decent variety for breakfast but lacked some essential items. Overall, the hotel offers a central location for guests but could benefit from improved cleanliness and dining options.
